Soul Bubbles made a bit of a splash a few months back. An intriguing, calm-spirited puzzler with some unique gameplay ideas, it was received by fans with both praise and surprise. Praise, because the game was good. Surprise, because it was only made available in America at Toys 'R Us. The game made a strong statement that a title's exclusivity to a single retailer doesn't always mean it's poor designed. Pet Adoption Center, on the other hand, offers a competing argument.
