AMF Bowling Pinbusters on the Wii was offensively bad when it shipped late last year. The Nintendo DS game that borrows its namesake isn't as bad. Now PopCap has delivered two Mystery Case Files clones this holiday season — Amazing Adventures: The Forgotten Ruins and Mystery P.I.: Portrait of a Thief. Both play almost identically to the Big Fish Games/Nintendo collaboration, and while they don't win any points for originality they are perfectly playable puzzle affairs. Tetraedge Games sure hopes so, as they've just released a port of Microids' critically successful 2002 PC adventure title Syberia on the Nintendo DS.
