Gourmet Chef actually does a few things better than Cooking Mama. It manages to capture the feel of a real kitchen more than its competition. The game is fast paced, and will appeal more to people that already love to cook and know their way around a kitchen. Original post by Arts-and-Entertainment:Animation Articles from EzineArticles.com

Square Enix seems to always be at the forefront of the audio/visual world, no matter what system it is developing for, and that again is the case with Final Fantasy IV. Like FF3 before it, Final Fantasy IV has remade the entire pre-existing world, grabbing whole chunks nearly inch for inch, and what areas are [...]

Oddly enough, the film Journey to the Center of the Earth is not getting a full multi-platform video game treatment. Unlike most summer blockbusters, this Brendan Fraser flick is only being converted to a Nintendo DS game. Original post by Arts-and-Entertainment:Animation Articles from EzineArticles.com

There isn't much in Izuna 2: The Unemployed Ninja Returns that we didn't already see in the first game on DS, and yet it's still hard not to cheer the game on just a little bit as it returns to US shelves in what can only be considered the most unlikely of sequels. Original post [...]

Shining Stars: Super Starcade is the DS conversion of that website, a mini-game collection that lets kids go portable with the normally online-only experience. And it's not that bad of a collection, either. It won't be winning any awards for depth or variety, but at its budget-level price point of 20 bucks it's certainly a [...]

The system itself is the game's shortcoming – like Guitar Hero: On Tour, New International Track & Field is spectacular in its production, but the limitations of the DS clearly hurt its level of enjoyment. Even with its platform problems, this competitive game is incredibly addictive, especially when you get into the groove of each [...]

American culture can certainly be shallow, but likely one of the most surface-level pursuits anyone in our great nation can engage in is dressing up their dogs. It's a hobby that's been popularized by vapid Hollywood celebrities and fueled the creation of such “art” as Disney's upcoming feature-length Taco Bell ad — and now it's [...]

American Girl: Kit Mystery Challenge is the latest epitome of this situation. It's a terrible game, one that becomes insulting because it's labeled with a company that is supposed to represent the ideal and values of smart and independent American females. Space Chimps had two things working against it before I even put it into my DS. 1) It's based off a summer CG movie named “Space Chimps.” And 2) It has nothing to do with the great and completely obscure TV show “Captain Simian and the Space Monkeys.” Original post by Arts-and-Entertainment:Animation Articles from EzineArticles.com

I've always been a firm believer that a computer generated Bob Saget should star in as many video games as he can. This is a universal truth that has stuck with me ever since I watched the first episode of “Full House.” However, I'm sorry to say that 1 vs. 100 has destroyed my unshaken [...]
